- Why do I need to register?
FluidSurfAndSport.com asks you to register when you order so that your basic information is stored and is available for you the next time you shop. We may also ask some questions about you so that we can better serve you in the future. We make every effort to ensure that your information remains secure. We will not share your information with anyone else. FluidSurfAndSport.com does not intentionally collect information from children (under the age of 13) online. - How do I register?
Simply click on “login” at the top right of the page and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to our register page.
- What if I forget my password?
Simply click on "Forget your password". A link will then open in which you will be prompted for your e-mail address. Your password will be re-sent to your e-mail address.
- How do I change my password?
Visit your profile by clicking your name from the top right of the page. If you are not logged in, you must first click on "login". From here you can change your password using the link centered on your profile page.
- How do I make changes on my account profile?

- How do I know if my ordering online is secure?
You can be sure that when you shop with Fluid Surf and Sport Online that you will be safe because of three reasons. Firstly, you check for a secure connetion while on any part of the website which should remain private (checkout, login, profile settings). You can always tell because the address or URL of these pages will begin with "https" . Fluid Surf is encrypted with 256 bit SSL so that your private data never leaves our server. Secondly, you can verify that Fluid Surf is safe from any hackers or exploits, because we are scanned daily to check. You can see the icon on the bottom left of our pages. Lastly, you know that it is safe and secure to shop from Fluid Online, because you trust that we have put the right measures in place to ensure just that.
Returns & Exchanges:
- What is your return policy?
All Sales Items Purchased Are Final. No Refunds. We will gladly exchange the size or style, but it must be within 14 days of the sale date. The items must still have all the tags in place and must not have been worn. In order to do an exchange or return you will need to first call us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This Number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us, otherwise we cannot accept it. Once we receive your return we will first determine that it has been sent back to us in the same perfect condition in which it was shipped to you, then we will happily exchange it for you. Return shipping charges will be billed to the same account as your original purchase. Thank you. Once again, this policy does not apply to international orders.

- Can I return or exchange my merchandise if I don’t like it?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, and tags and receipt are in tact, then you may call and receive a return authorization number to attach to the merchandise. All Sales Items are Final. Online purchases will be refunded if merchandise is received within 14 days of the invoice date with the return authorization number on the front of the package. If you exceed 14 days, we reserve the right to turn down returns requests.
- What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect merchandise?
Fluid Surf & Sport will gladly exchange the item. Please contact customer support to process an exchange.
- When will my credit card be refunded?
Fluid Surf & Sport will refund your credit card upon receipt of the merchandise. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of our receipt of your merchandise. If you need further assistance please e- mail us at info@fluidsurfandsport.com

- How do I place an order online?
Ordering is simple! Once you find the product that you want, simply add it to your cart. Your cart is always on the top right of the page, showing the contents list. If you click the button to the right of "My Cart" you will be taken to the Checkout step. If you are not logged in first, you will be promted to do so, or register an account first. - How can I track the status of my order?
Orders will be shipped within two business days after checkout (pending credit card validation). We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an order number and the package tracking ID or delivery confirmation number.

For delivery confirmation of Priority Mail, go to the United States Postal Service web site at www.usps.gov. (USPS tracking not available for APO/FPO deliveries.)

*During peak periods - such as Christmas – there may be a delay in shipping due to heavy demand. We ship with UPS, US Postal Service, and Federal Express. Which carrier we choose depends on what type of shipping you choose (ground, priority, express) and what carrier will get your package to you the fastest. At Christmas, Priority Mail may take in excess of 7 days to reach you. Certain products - namely oversize products such as surfboards, bodyboards, beachchairs, and other heavy or large items may take longer (usually 7-10 days). These items are not usually available for Express delivery. If you need something extra fast, please give us a call at 949.487.WAVE and we will try to assist you.
- Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Only for orders shipped to California.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Novus/Discover and American Express as well as Paypal & Google Checkout. For orders sent in by mail we also accept money orders and cashier checks. We do not accept gift cards as payment for online orders at this time.
- How do I use my promotional code?
Promotional codes are either for percentage discounts or dollars off your order. The promotional code is entered at the very end of our checkout process. There is a box where you enter the code. Hit Update and the order will recalculate using your code. You may only use 1 code per order.
- Item Availability
We will confirm that we have the items you ordered in stock at the time we process your order. You can shop with confidence that the goods you select are available for shipment. However, on a rare occasion, we may make an error and discover that we cannot fulfill your order for a particular item. If that happens, we will e-mail or call you within 24 hours of your checkout. We will process a credit to your account. We will notify you at time of checkout if the item you requested is back ordered. If the item is backordered, we will not replace that item nor will we substitute another item in its place.
- What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the web site?
Our web site contains a selection of the best styles currently available at Fluid Surf & Sport. We welcome feedback about items that you would like to purchase on our web site.

- Can you gift wrap my order?
If you wish for us to gift wrap your items, please specify so in the customer notes during checkout. You will see the link next to "Update Shipping" and "Coupon Code" during checkout.
- What’s the difference between “boys/girls” and “kids” sizes?
Kids clothing is sizes 4-6x
Boys/ Girls clothing is sizes 7-16
- How do I know what size to choose?
You can see the sizes available for a particular item by clicking on the button. Some items may only be available in one size (e.g. watches or hats).
Shipping & Handling
- Will FluidSurfandSport.com ship to international addresses?
We regret that we cannot accept orders from or that ship to international addresses at this time.

United States Postal Service Priority & Express Mail.

- When will my order ship?

For transit times, please allow 2 Business Days for UPS 2-Day Shipments (2-3 days for Alaska and Hawaii), 1 Business Day for UPS Next Day and 2 Business Days up to 7 Business Days for Priority Mail when estimating arrival dates (excluding Sunday and federal holidays). We regret that we cannot accept orders from or ship to destinations outside the United States at this time.
